We are proud to welcome Sarah J. Wallace to Anderson & Brodersen, P.A. Sarah worked for twenty years in property management in Orlando. She managed over 300 single-family homes used as vacation rentals, and later supervised all vendors for five apartment complexes that housed Walt Disney World’s College and International programs.

While attending the University of South Florida, Sarah was active in student government, was a member of the Law Society, and was the Chief Justice of student government.

After receiving her law degree from Barry University in Orlando and admission to the Florida Bar, Sarah represented employees in all aspects of employment law, including federal and state laws in the areas of discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations and FMLA related claims. She also represented employees in unemployment appeals hearings.

Sarah is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law division (RPPTL), is a member of the Attorney’s Title Fund as well as Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and is a member of the Bay Area Real Estate Council (BAREC), as well as the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Sarah volunteers at the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg.

Sarah is a passionate advocate of consumer rights, and represents clients in all areas of Real Estate law, including foreclosure defense. She is also a fully qualified Florida title attorney, and oversees residential and commercial real estate closings.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling, gardening, boating and just about any kind of puzzle.
